About the Marlins

Philosophy:

1. Create strong well rounded individuals who strive to meet their maximum potential in the sport of swimming and all other aspects of life
   
2. Provide a long term development program for swimmers to have the opportunity to reach their maximum potential be it at Atlantic, National, or International competitions through the direction of the coaching staff and the support of the executive.
3. Create a strong team that evolves into a high performance program.
