Head Coach's List
The Head Coaches List (new in the 2005-2006 swim season) is an award given to a swimmer for swimming all events (Short Course or Long Course) in the NL Swimming Season (September to June). There are multiple levels of achievement for this award for each swimmer to strive for and complete.

Marlins Team Fina Points Award
Is the addition of the amount of FINA points achieved in the NL Swim Season (September to June) in all the 18 swimming events (50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 Free, 50, 100, 200 Backstroke, 50, 100, 200 Breaststroke, 50,100, 200 Butterfly, 100, 200 and 400 IM). These times will then be converted to FINA points and then ranked in Short Course and Long Course. The top 5 female and top 5 male swimmers on the team with the highest total Fina Points (converted to Long Course for calculation) will be announced at the year end banquet.

As of September 1st, the Marlins have 0 out of 41 competitive swimmers qualified (00.0 %) for the 2007 NL Short Course Championships to be held at the Sir William Grenfell Pool in Corner Brook February 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Adam Harvey, David Forbes
As of September 1st, the Marlins have 30 out of 41 competitive swimmers qualified (73.2 %) for the 2007 NL Long Course Championships to be held at the Aquarena in St. John's May 25th, 26th, 27th 2007.

As of September 1st, the Marlins have 18 out of 41 competitive swimmers qualified (43.9 %) for the 2007 Short Course East Coast Championships to be held at the Cari Pool in Charlettetown, PE March 2nd, 3rd, and 4th 2007.
